This client portal is operated by Centro Solutions. This page explains what the portal collects, where that information lives, and how to ask for deletion.

What we collect

• Client feedback and comments submitted through dashboard forms.
• Files that approved partners upload to share work in progress.
• Basic access logs, such as time of visit and which pages were opened, used to keep the portal secure.

Where it is stored

Submissions and project files are stored in our operations database (Airtable) and file storage (Vercel Blob). Access logs are stored with our hosting provider.

How it is used

We use this information only to deliver client work, coordinate with approved partners, and keep the portal secure. We do not sell it.
